Placing an Order:

Please be as descriptive and detailed as possible with specifics that contribute to the overall creation of your piece. We value and respect other makers’ originality and try our best to create a unique and original design of our own. We will email a draft for your review/approval before painting or producing a product within 5-10 calendar days from date of purchase.

MaSe deSigns has ownership rights to any and all designs we create, including custom orders. We reserve the right to share any and all designs we create, including custom designs, on all of our public platforms including Web, Social, and Marketing materials. We reserve the right to sell any and all designs we create, including custom designs, via any of our distribution channels. 

Our Signs:

Our signs are made from real wood! We love the natural beauty of wood, and as such, our pieces may include natural imperfections such as knots, grain lines, small cracks, and holes. Hand making our product may ultimately include some of these, which as a result may differ from a previous picture/display you have seen of the product. 

Processing Time:

Please allow up to 3 weeks after payment is processed for your order to ship. All items are built from scratch and are hand stained/painted. 

Shipping:

All of our products are shipped via USPS priority mail with tracking information made available once items are shipped. Local sales are available to be coordinated for a pick up. We are not responsible for undelivered, mis-delivered mail due to an incorrect address or mishandling by postal carrier.. Please be sure to accurately input your delivery information. In the unlikely event of a shipping issue, please contact us.

Returns:

While we do not offer returns, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns or questions about a product you have received, please contact us at info@masedesigns.com. An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
